Telepathic Mini-Cupcakes already know their fate. They know they will be one of the first to be eaten, their fate sealed the second they came out of the mini-cupcake pan. The fact remains that mini-cupcakes add a special touch to any dessert table. Mini-desserts are always the first to go because they're bite-sized and very easy to eat. And even with being wrapped in bright cupcake wrappers, and toppers threatening to "POP" or "ZAP", these Telepathic Mini-Cupcakes, like their Invincible Cupcake brethren, are stuck in a losing battle with the appetites of man, but at least they know the end is coming.

Instead of using a piping tip to decorate the mini cupcakes, we put our frosting in disposable piping bags and cut off the tip. From there, it's just a matter of a little dollop of frosting on each one

Making frostings of different colors takes no time at all, and adds more color to your Experience. We prefer Americolor Gel Paste, but there are many brands to choose from. We used red and blue gel for our minis

We like to cook up our cupcakes and mini cupcakes in plain white cupcake wrappers most of the time and make our own wrappers to match our motif. If you're looking for something different, try searching for cupcake and mini cupcake templates on the web, which you can then print out and use for your cupcakes

If you're using printable cupcake wrappers, we recommend using double-sided tape to secure the wrappers with no evidence of tape

Ideas For The Telepathic Mini-Cupcakes

We presented our Telepathic Mini-Cupcakes on a 10-1/4 x 3-3/4 inch rectangular white plate from Sur La Table. We especially love to use these plates in our Experiences as the clean and simple lines tend to complement any dessert table. We recommend getting the set of 3 for this Experience since we incorporated the set in the table

Sometimes, just a little bit of colored paper underneath our desserts, can make a world of difference. We used the leftover black wrapping paper from our Super City backdrop to cut sheets for each platter

A simple printable dessert label and mini cupcake wrappers can go a long way to completing the presentation. We recommend using cover weight paper which you can find at Paper-Source. We usually use pure white, but feel free to choose a color that works for you
