Before You Get Started Making Candied Bacon


Measure/Weigh all of the ingredients
Preheat oven to 350 degress (F)
Prepare a baking sheet by covering it with aluminum foil
Place a wire rack onto the baking sheet

6 slices of bacon
1/4 cup (56g) light brown sugar
1/8 tsp (dash) of cinnamon

Candied Bacon Before Cooking

1) Preheat oven to 350 (F).

2) Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.

3) Rub each side of the bacon with the brown sugar mixture and place the bacon slices on the wire rack.

4) Bake for 30-35 minutes till bacon is crispy. Your house will smell amazing and your stomach will be rumbling.

5) Let bacon cool and enjoy.
