Elephun Minis
  • Comments
These Elephun Minis are small on size, but big on flavor. Made with vanilla bean cake and brown sugar swiss meringue buttercream, these minis, like most, are usually the first to go. Easy to make, quick to bake, you can easily brighten up this, and any table, with minis topped with some sort of colored frosting - as we chose here in our Elephun Minis with pink frosting and gray wrappers.

Tips
For The Elephun Minis
Put your batter in a disposable piping bag and cut off a little of the tip to pipe the batter into your mini cupcake liners. This will save you time baking and cleaning
When you're throwing a party, it's always hard to know exactly how much food to have. There's no magic formula, but there's one rule of thumb when mini desserts are involved: Always have A LOT. Guests tend to eat more because they are easy to handle and pop in their mouth

Ideas For The Elephun Minis
A simple printable dessert label and mini cupcake liners can go a long way to completing the presentation. We offer free printable dessert labels and mini cupcake liners, along with the rest of the Elephun Experience Printables, that you can download here. We recommend using cover weight paper which you can find at Paper-Source. We usually use pure white, but feel free to choose a color that works for you
We presented our Elephun Minis on a 10-1/4 x 3-3/4 inch rectangular white plate from Sur La Table. We especially love to use these plates in our Experiences as the clean and simple lines tend to complement any dessert table. We recommend getting the set of 3 for this Experience since we incorporate all 3 plates on this table
